Over a career spanning more than 30 years, he has advised leading South African and international corporations, banks, insurers and private equity houses on high-value transactions. Previously a Director at Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa, Loris established his own firm to deliver agile, personalised legal solutions while maintaining world-class standards of excellence.
